The corn in our labyrinth is not planted in rows like usual - rather, it's laid out like a chessboard. There are dead ends as well - just like you'd see in a classic hedge labyrinth.
The terms Labyrinth and Maze are often used interchangeably. However, in a classical labyrinth there is only one way to the centre - and conversely, only one way back out. In a maze though, there can be several paths which lead to the centre. Our corn labyrinth is actually more accurately called a corn maze because you'll discover several ways to navigate in and out of it.
The allure of a corn maze stems from a feeling of being temporarily trapped and unable to see the path out. At the centre of our corn maze you'll find a viewing platform that may provide a few hints on how to find your way back out. There are a couple other surprises we've included inside the maze as well - find what's hidden and you can enter our raffle and win a prize!
For more than 2000 years labyrinths have captured people's imagination and inspired stories, games and analysis. Today it's no different - people of all ages still enjoy the challenge a labyrinth provides. We hope you'll find exploring our labyrinth a unique experience that's both relaxing and rewarding.
